Refund policy

At MITELA BAGS BY HIMANSHI (bagsbymitela.com), we follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy.

However, we allow return or exchange ONLY in case of a damaged product, strictly under the conditions mentioned below:

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition.

  • An uncut, continuous unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • Return will be approved only after video verification and after we receive the returned parcel.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, no return request will be entertained.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only if the product is received damaged.

  • An uncut, continuous unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • Exchange will be processed only after video verification and receipt of the returned product.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement product.

  • If the replacement product is not available and the proof is valid, we will initiate a refund.
