  • Such variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.

4. Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or payment issues. In such cases, a refund will be initiated if applicable.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Bags by Himanshi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Claims without a proper parcel opening video may not be accepted.

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, logos, and brand materials belong exclusively to Bags by Himanshi. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. User Responsibility

Customers agree to provide accurate personal and delivery information. Bags by Himanshi will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect details.
